- "Mattresses very poor: all springs could be seen and felt. Lighting in bathrooms inadequate. Show head broken. Tap handles missing. Entry phone broken. Generally in need of repairs."

- "There was no reception. Kept waiting on the street outside for half an hour before being met by Ali, whom we only saw this once and then he proved elusive only responding be text/phone. Ali admitted on arrival that previous occupants had ?trashed? the apartment and our delayed entry was due to need for repairs. Given the following list of concerns, which Ali asked us to list and e-mail to him, which we did, we think this apartment should not have been rented in the state we received it in, being well below the standard as advertised. We would have preferred towels, cutlery etc to have been in place on our arrival. This was provided only hours later in our absence. Fortunately we had our own face towels/toiletries for a quick refresh. We found the door lock difficult and on the last day, to our dismay, we found it had not been locking and securing the apartment. Both sets of drawers foe reach couple had two that were damaged and unuseable. The window blinds all had damaged panels affecting privacy. The ensuite light was so dim it was impossible to shave using the mirror. One bedside table lamp did not work. The ensuite shower lock was missing so we had to improvise and fix it with an elastic band to shower!! We noted water damage to the plinth under the dishwasher, damage to a freezer tray front, damage to the waste bin top. I had a letter put on a my car to say the place I had paid for, which Ali directed me into, was another resident?s parking place and asking me not to park there again. This is the first time we have not had a reception desk/office area, payment taken on arrival by mobile reader. I have written to the Head Office for an explanation as to how we were rented an apartment in this condition and given someone else?s parking place. I have not received a reply after 4 weeks waiting. Worried that some sort of scam is operating here."

somewhere to stay. He charged us the same price despite the hotel he
booked costing much more.
For this I can't thank him enough. Very nice fella that went above the normal call of duty to make sure his customers didn't suffer when he did.
I would definitely book these apartments again because I know if something went wrong the owner would sort it out." - Is there anything you didn't like?

- "We didn't stay at Iida. Just 2 hours before we were due to arrive they cancelled and moved us to another hotel."

- "Not sure if our apartment was better or worse but it wasn't clean, smelt and was damp. I am not happy that I paid £90 for the it."
