- "I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It's located in a great part of the city. There are good restaurants and shops located nearby. Some major cites are within a 10 minute walk. It's safe at night, with many families out past 12am walking around with strollers and little ones.
The rooms were very clean and modern. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke very good english and were patient when I spoke Spanish. They also lock the door at night. Press the reception bell and they will let you in if arriving late at night." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It has the potential of being noisy if staying during a busy period. I could hear doors shutting and people in the halls when other guests arrived."

- What did you like the most?
- "Friendly and knowledgable staff, took time to give directions, map etc and good correspondence prior to our arrival. Great central location, handy on site parking."

- "Breakfast and some other facilities were not available due to refurbishment. Also air con did not work properly in our room, despite having it on the coldest setting and checking with reception we were using it correctly, it failed to make the temperature of the room any cooler."

- "Welcoming staff, nice room, only there one night, so not a lot to say, it was quiet and the room was clean. Walkable from the bus station, a cafe on site, didnt open till 8am though so not good for breakfast with an early bus."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Shower had no head on it, it was basically standing under a tap, but it was hot so thats a bonus!!!! Location isnt great if you actually want to see pasto, but we didnt so not an issue, just an overnight stop so great for bus station"
