- "We stayed at the hotel during the Carnaval Negro y Blanco in early January. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very helpful and professional despite the craziness outside as well as guests tracking in flour and foam from the Carnaval that required constant cleaning. There is a good restaurant in the hotel - breakfast was free and the menu was varied. The hotel also has a nice cafe with espresso and pastries."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I made reservations on Booking.com three months before arriving and the hotel didn't have the reservation when I arrived. Not good when every hotel in the city was at capacity for Carnaval. The staff scrambled and found a room in the hotel for me."

- "We reached Pasto very late in the night. They received us very friendly. The hotel has a good location and a good breakfast. It had not a great variety but It was enough good. The hotel was clean and confortable."
