- "Started out with the superior room on the 4th floor. Way too many steps to have to deal with. Stayed one night and switched to balcony room which was the bomb!"

- "The history of the hotel and the location."

- "The bathroom! The shower was so small I barely fit, and the sink was smaller than a birdbath! I also didn't like that we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The stairs were steep and difficult to travel. The couryard balcony was slanted!"

- "The location was perfect. It was central to all attractions. The second
room that we were in was nice." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The staff was nice but did not know anything about the city, places to eat or how to wow a guest. The staff was clueless. I was traveling with my 75 year old Mother. First they put us on the 4th floor and then switched us to the 3rd. The second day we were there they decided to room move us. We went down to the second floor. The pictures on the internet do not tell a true story of what the rooms are like. The first room that we were in was not remodeled like the one on the second floor."

- "Across from elementary school, the kids got loud sometimes. We were in a balcony suite and the roof was slanted so it freaked me out to stand on it. If we go again I would get a regular room and not spring for the balcony. All the rooms were just as beautiful."
