What did you like the most?: "great hotel, good location, great price ,big rooms and great service, would highly recommend. good bus service and great staff, make sure you go to the local restaurant, superb pasta"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "at times the shuttle service could of been more frequent, i understand this been off season it may be reduced, but think during the summer more would be useful"

What did you like the most?: "My partner and I stayed at Hotel Prestige for a week at the end of Sept and we had the best time ever. The Hotel was beautiful, set in the countryside, overlooking the city of Sorrento, the bay of Naples and with full view of Mount Vesuvius. If heaven does exist then this is where you will find it!!!
The hotel was immaculately kept both inside and out. Our room wasbig and spacious, with a funky coloured bathroom. the mini bar was fully stocked although we did not avail it.
Although the Hotel is situated about 25mins bus ride from the city, what you lose on proximity is more than made up for with the views from the hotel, the serenity of the place and the very very wonderful and helpful staff.
Breakfast is like a banquet every morning with a wide range of fresh and delicious pastries, the fruit supplied is mouthwatering and the choice of food is second to none. we have stayed in may hotels here in Irealnd but the breakfasts offered are nothing in comparison to the Hotel Prestige Breakfast. Service is always accompanied with a smile and staff will do anything to accomodate you. Leaving in the morning you are wished a pleasant day and returning in the evening you are asked did you have a nice day. the staff were truly fantastic and have excellent english. Also, the housekeeping, which are two ladies, are wonderfully friendly and everymorning wished us with a big smile a great day.
The hotel runs a shuttle bus into the city in the morn and in the eve and this has to be booked aboout an hour before you leave in the morn and then you are asked a reyrun time. the Bus driver Nathale, which means Christmas in Italian, was a real character. He sings, makes jokes, advises you on the best places to go and gives a running commentary on the drive to Sorrento, he is one of a kind and a real gem.
Sorrento is expensive enough to eat out and cost of coca cola is exhorbitant imn most places and you can pay up to 5euros or more for a can that is 69cent in the local deeco store."
