- "Generally a very dated old fashioned hotel, pretty tired Thought the matre de at the restaurant was a joke, he did barely anything the whole time we stayed there apart from seat people. We had a complaint the 1 night we ate, sent a meal back, had a replacement, he knew nothing about it and it stemmed from him not asking how wed like a peice of meat cooked, think that's his job to be fair. ?15 per day parking, wasn't exactly highlighted that well in your overview of our booking, granted it was there when directed, but a little hidden for my liking think it should be detailed a little closer to the money aspect of the booking, had a nasty shock when that charge was applied on our last day and we checked out at 1030am on the last day and was still charged a full day and arrived at gone midnight on our 1st day so technically didn't use it for the 4 day charges. There were a few electrical socket issues on our room, one was loose coming our of the wall which our 1 yars old kept playing with no matter how many times we told him off, ended up leaning a chair against the offending socket. Went online to see if there was a gym at the hotel, found nothing, arrived there and they had an awesome gym, we had no kit though, shame, would've loved to use it! Parkling was a joke, my kitchen is bigger than their garage, fair play though they managed to get about 8 cars in there, but it is a joke!"

- "The staff were extremely helpful. The views were stunning. The location was excellent and only a short walk to the main town areas.
Everything was so clean and the way in which all areas of the hotel was managed was first class." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "One of the biggest issues with Italian hotels is that the 'double bed' is often two single beds bolted together, but this was only a slight inconvenience."
