"The position of the Hotel is lovely .We were pleasantly surprised that the wifi worked in hotel room. No mobile phone connection not the fault of the hotel the surroundings make up for that. The open fire lit in the bar every night was most relaxing. A lovely two night break."

- What did you like the most?
- "It almost worked but small things spoilt the whole experience The
breakfasts were better than we had hoped for but table clothes rather
than oilclothes would have made the world of difference" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It needs a complete redecoration, inside and out The owners should negoiate with the organisation that runs the car park for concessionary rates - this was a major turn-off, having to pay £3.00 per day to park at one's hotel The paved area at the front of the hotel needs regular high pressure hosing - it was dusty, stained and felt unhealthy The corridors smelt of damp, but not the room itself The internal eating areas looked decidely tired and smelt of cooked food There was a nasty smell of rotting seaweed (or sewage) outside the hotel (we appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel, but the owners should investigate and seek a solution from the local authorities)"
