"This is a wonderful hotel. Family owned and run. Owners were helpful and
keen to oblige with small extras eg shower facility for a late
departure. We had a large quadruple room (bunkbeds in an annex for
children) small fridge and balcony with view. Breakfasts were fantastic

What did you like the most?: "I like to rate everything by 2 things, friendliness and cleanliness.
This hotel ticked both these boxes. The breakfast was very good. They
recommended some good places to eat."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The beds and pillows are very hard, but I think this is across the board in Italy. The shower was tiny and the shower lever kept falling off but was fixed promptly as soon as I let the hotel staff know. The free wifi was only free for the first hour and then you had to pay for it, but it was only a small amount."

What did you like the most?: "The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden view room was peaceful at night with excellent blinds. Breakfast was excellent for a 3 * hotel. Bar prices cheaper than local bars. Convenient for access to local trains, buses etc. Garden and pool area very pleasant."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Hotel is on a very busy , noisy main road , which has narrow pavements in parts. Would have liked it if the hotel had offered evening meals as some nights would have stayed in rather than endure the traffic. Didnt think a charge for use of sunbeds was appropriate when youre paying over £100 a night for a room."

What did you like the most?: "This is a wonderful hotel. Family owned and run. Owners were helpful and
keen to oblige with small extras eg shower facility for a late
departure. We had a large quadruple room (bunkbeds in an annex for
children) small fridge and balcony with view. Breakfasts were fantastic
with fresh delicious local pastries, fruit, eggs salami etc. Largish
pool with a ledge all the way around enabling adults and older children
to stand even in deep end. Pool bar serves homecooked pasta dishes as
well as usual panini etc and is good value for money.Guests were mixture
of families and couples, English and Italian. Despite the hotel being on
a busy road the room was not noisy. Evening at the hotel with local
Napolitan songs and homemade traditional dishes was a highlight. Hotel
had its own parking in the shade."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The walk into Sorrento town took about 15-20mins with part of the way along a busy main street with no or narrow pavements. Facilties at Sant' Agnello (beach and restaurants) were easier to access. the usual mildly annoying small shower with shower curtain (though they worked perfectly well)"

What did you like the most?: "The pool"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "1. Very small shower with a horrible shower curtain. It wasn't very practical when showering a toddler as the water would splash everywhere. 2. Location: it was 15 minute walk from the center and on a busy main road. 3. Cleanliness: The bathroom door was dirty and before leaving I looked under the bed to see if we had forgotten anything, there was loads of dust.A"
