- "The hotel location is easy to be accessed in the city. The cleaniness is okay. The problem is over-claimed for its four star rating. There were no amenities in the room at all. (no soap, no shower gel, nothing.) It is not facing the lake which maybe mis-led by the pictures and map."

- "The staff, and the food. They were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Very good breakfast. Clean. Comfortable beds and linens."

- "The room was smaller than we were use to. Very small tv. The internet was an extra cost. There were no faceclothes available and the only washroom condiment was a multiuse soap and body wash. The double bed was really 2 singles put together."
