- "breakfast was poor. and reception couldn't speak english or any other language than german."

- "The person how was in the reception was flexable"

- "I mentioned that I want to pay cash and only for booking purpose I insert my credit card info but the money reserved by the hotel and I paid the total amount by cash and until the date of leaving the money stay reserved . the hotel said that they cancelled the reservation but in my account they said it still not cancelled. Also the breakfast was not good with limited choices"

- "Not sure what hours the reception staff were there but I never saw them. Luckily the Information office ws nearby to give advice."
