- "A building of great character and tradition, a small basic room, very close to the next room and the neighbours across a tiny courtyard outside the only window. Wonderful location in the centre of the old town in a traffic free zone. Enjoyed my brief stay here as i like staying in hotels that have character"

- "Up four flights of fairly steep stairs that are not very well lit at night might be a problem for some, i saw it as a quaint quite lovely sweeping staircase"

- "I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Des Arceaux. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were good value. Very lovely hotel in a beautiful area! The hotel is in the perfect location too! I would definitely stay there again!"
