- "The welcome and hotel room were excellent. The breakfast was equally
good. We felt secure and comfortable. The hotel was close to the
motorway and as we were travelling from Portugal to England we didn't
want to go too far from it. However there was no noise which was exactly
what we needed for a good nights sleep." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The service in the restaurant for dinner that night was poor, we had reserved a table and sat down at 8.15pm, we selected buffet starters and then the entree. We didn't recieve our entrees until 9.30 when they were delivered the very junior waitress said that as we had waited such a long time our coffee would be free of charge. We didn't want coffee, we had wanted to have our meal and then go to bed early as we wanted to make an early start on Sunday morning. We left the restaurant very unhappy."

- "Proximity to the route we travelling on."

- "The room was not as clean as expected, in fact some underwear had been left on a chair in the bedroom, the bathroom door did not close due to the fact that it had warped badly. Normally this chain of hotels is very good, maybe it was just a very busy time!"
