What did you like the most?: "Location in easy reach of town centre. Quiet and nice atmosphere. Staff
were pleasant and helpful."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Need to improve on their buffet breakfast and evening meal which was expensive. Lukewarm watery scrambled eggs at breakfast. Dinner also was not hot and few vegetables. After 3 dinners I decided to eat elsewhere."

What did you like the most?: "Room was spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Amazing view
across the bay. Staff very helpful and friendly. My 2nd stay there
within 2 years!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The way you have to give your room number when ordering drinks at the bar or extra food as we felt that guests or even outsiders could say any number they wanted to and not be charged at the end of their stay or ever if they are not even staying there! Or you could be charged for other peoples!"

What did you like the most?: "Room was reasonable size and bed was comfortable. Rooms are quiet and view is very nice."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Free wireless internet was advertised but the service was during day hours were weak and intermittent. However during night hours, 1 am - 6 am the connection was strong! The hotel has issues with the sewer, which was awful and we had to close the bath room door and have the aircon on full blast. The tunnel entrance is strange and the buggy transport was not always offered, which would have been nice when returning from a long day trip to Pompeii. The hotel decoration is 1970's and the breakfast was more basic 3 star than 4 star. Don't try the juices as this is just flavoured sugary water. We've stayed in 4 star hotels in Rome before and had a superior service. Overall, this is a three star hotel. The reception staff are friendly but know only the usual tips to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Oplontis, further than that, i.e. Naples, Pozzuoli, etc their advise is useless."
