- "Genoa is an interesting city, we visited for the first time with a small child (well, 6 and a half) and found lots to do there. Bristol Palace is an excellent hotel for exploring this great city, and we had an enormous family room, with a great big bathroom!"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "25 euros a day for car parking on top of the room rate is a bit expensive..."

- "I thought this hotel was simply beautiful - really olde worlde - antique furnishings in my huge bedroom, beautiful parquet flooring, sweeping staircase - a real Italian palazzo! And then there was the very modern bathroom with the jacuzzi bath! Location was excellent also, very central situated on a main shopping street. Loved it and would definitely go back."

- "Breakfast was great! The Liguri pasteries are goregeous! The size of the room was perfect for our family trip. The bathroom was also spacious and included enough room for all the cosmetics to fly around without bothering us really! It was also obvious that the ladies did a great job with the cleaning. It looked impecable every day we were there for 4 days. I loved the heart of the hotel which is the highlight of the place. Beautiful red carpet stairs in an ''accordeon''!"

- "The floor is a marvellous wooden floor most likely hand crafted. It would need some referbishment..."
