What did you like the most?: "Location was excellent - in the middle of everything. Stuff very nice, the room was clean and comfortable."

What did you like the most?: "The only positive argument for us is that the hotel (???) is situated in
the by Unesco protected pedestrion zone of the city, on walking distance
from stazione principe and nearby restaurants, harbour... No trafic
allowed but... (read our negative argments)"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Huuuuge cockroach in the bathroom - bad smell out of the foot washer without trivet - terrible disturbance on all tv channels - shower walls full of mould - no reading lounge - staff spoke only a few words english, no communication with guests - internet to pay for this room price?? - no minibar in the room to keep water cool - electricity works in all halls - not finished wall painting - window can't be opened - very noisy airconditioning machine in the room - partybeasts loudly passing through the street during night and early morning - breakfast is a disgrace : packed toast bread but no toaster, cornflakes but no milk, no fresh bread, no ham, no cheese, only few coffee cakes for all and packed cookies, no fresh juice, no eggs, no fruits"
