- "The hotel has a good connection with Duisburg, tram 901 brings you nearly at there frontdoor,.a bit faster but you have to transfer on tram 102.The latter, is a bit faster. Some guests were a bit loud, but the hotel was for mine purposes, value for money. Just a 5 min. walk brings you to the old town, where you can find restaurants. I recomend Bistro Medici at the Lohbergstrasse, very friendly staff, and money for value."

- "Very comfortable bed in a lovely, large room. Secure garage parking space at no extra cost. Lift to all floors"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The coffee served at breakfast was dreadful. Most unusual for Germany. No hot drinks available during the day or evening. Hot drink making facilities in the room would solve this. Rooms facing the road were incredibly noisy. Those facing the back are great."

- "Poor welcome, felt as if we were not expected and were interupting them...room was very utilitarian, but clean and tidy...but not at all "cosy"."
