"The staff were so unbelievably kind and keen to help. Convenience of the customers was clearly their priority, which I appreciated a lot (they let us leave our bags in the room before the check-in, so we could go to the the Loveparade unloaded, which was so so kind). The atmosphere was really peaceful and breakfest in the morning was truly delicious."
