The building that houses Hotel Villa Real is modern and decorated with wood and marble. The art collection includes Roman mosaics and Greek ceramics. Some pieces date from the third century BC The hotel rooms are soundproofed and feature a laptop safe and minibar. Some rooms have a sofa or a balcony. East 47 restaurant serves creative Mediterranean food, tapas and cocktails. Breakfast is served daily until 13:00. Guests have free access to facilities at the Hotel Urban. These include a gym and a swimming pool, open in summer.

- "Very limited gym facilities, even more limited pool hours. Hotel hosting high school prom was predictably tiresome. Internet was annoying and deceptive -- required separate login codes for each device which expired in 24 hours and only snail Internet was free. High speed was available, but a cost."
