- "Small rooms but we had everything we needed, the fridge and microwave served just fine as a kitchen, the bathrooms were shared but we never saw anyone else there. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleaning and comfortable beds!"

- "The wi-fi server could not reach to our room so we had to stand in the corridor to get internet connection"

- "Although the employees speak only in Spanish, it's not a problem at all, they are very kind and helpful people. The location is wonderful, very close to both Puerta Del Sol and Gran Via."
