- "Location."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Power outage right before we checked in. We had to walk up 12 flights of stairs carring our luggage. They put us in a suite at the same cost but the sofa sleeper was not very comfortable. The maid service did not give us towels one day, did not empty the trash one day, they only made up the sofa sleeper one day out of 5. Overall, our stay in New Orleans was ok but the hotel portion could have been better."

- "Location was excellent. Two walking blocks from Bourbon Street. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly."

- "Bathrooms need an updating. Cleaning staff was insistent on getting into rooms, especially on the day we were leaving."
