- "Easy parking, comfortable rooms with balcony. Excellent breakfast included with room rate. Great it you get a room away from reception and elevator."

- "Design of open reception area into 1st floor room corridors made rooms nearby very noisy both late at night and from 5.45 when breakfast was being prepared for 6am start. Lift was incredibly noisy in bedroom and kept on breaking down. The stairs were so hidden that everyone used the lift so the noise was constant apart from a few hours in the middle of the night. When that wasn't waking us up the ice machine did with rattling and ice clonking. We had to move rooms after a sleepless first night. I got the impression that reception knew about it, so why book out rooms where anyone who can hear would be unable to sleep?"

- "Front desk staff day-evening-night all had smiles, very welcoming, very helpful in helping us with places to eat and things to see, and all seemed happy to be working there. Reggie our "morning person" at breakfast was a true gentleman and made us "not morning persons" happy to be there to share his hospitality and great food. The lobby was very welcoming, rooms immaculately clean and comfortable and quiet. Couldn;t have asked for a better stay and we'll definitely stay there again."
