- "The location was good, good car parking space."

- "Staff were not welcoming, hotel do not accept military discount, expensive for accomodation quality. Walls are paper thin, could here everything that was happening in the next room,electrical coffee maker in the shower?? deco needs updating. breakfast was like a canteen. Noisy main road. very, very average."

- "Lisa at the front desk was wonderful. The view from our room was great, too. I traveled with my sister and my cousin. We loved the beach so close to the room. For the price, it was fine. It's not fancy but it was more than adequate. Good breakfasts, too. Parking was close to the building which was nice for carrying luggage. There was a pool but the air was too cold outside to swim. It's close to some excellent restaurants and the roads that lead to St. A."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The room had an overwhelming smell of Lysol when we got there. Apparently it wasn't used again during our stay as the odor went away eventually. No fault of the Ocean Sands Beach Inn, but traffic noise could occasionally get loud."

- "Outside and lobby area were updated and attractive. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was nice for walking on beach and quick access to St. Augustine. Handy to have breakfast available."

- "Rooms are in need of update. Carpet stained, furniture without knobs. Bedding and bathroom were clean but room appears "tired"."
