- "Train/Trolly is close (runs in back of the hotel) you can hear the bell and train. Staff recommends to get a room in the front. But they provide ear plugs! Ha! All buildins in the area hear the train....part of downtown."

- "The bed was very comfortable. The room was well-appointed. The
Receptionist at check-in was very nice. Highlights of the breakfast
were: porridge (oatmeal). Orange juice, and proper (aka strong!) coffee." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "This hotel promotes itself as an eco-friendly hotel, yet every single plate, cup or piece of cutlery at breakfast was either of paper, of plastic, or worse, of polystyrene. This is a disgrace. It also reduces the pleasure of the meal. It cheapens the whole experience. Given the price I paid I would expect proper plates, cups and cutlery. The freshly- made waffles were like tasteless cardboard. Had I looked properly at the map I would have realized the train line ran straight along the back of the hotel. I realized this once I saw the thoughtful set of earplugs beside the bed. I was so jet lagged that while the trains woke me up, I did fall asleep again. But others need to know that a front bedroom might not be available on arrival. The hotel was overbooked the night I arrived (at 9pm) and the nice receptionist was looking for volunteers to move to a hotel two blocks up the road. I considered it and then said that given that I had just arrived from Ireland on an 18 hour trip and was already jet lagged, I would leave it to someone else to move. He agreed with me immediately."
