- "It's a Hampton Inn so the layout is familiar. Salem wasn't far nor the airport or beautiful Cape Anne."

- "It is difficult to access as the split road complicates return from dinner venues or Salem. Our GPswould not give directs using Dearborn st which would have simplified travel and was not the fault of the Inn more their location."

- "I liked the room because it was very clean, especially the bed."

- "We stayed two nights, the first morning for breakfast was great, everything was there, nothing was missing. The second morning, half of the food was missing. I really wanted to have eggs that morning and there was none, not even hard boiled eggs. It was disapointed since we saw how wonderful the day before was. We heard after that the number of guest was miscounted. Instead of 35 like they thought, there was 100. How can a hotel miscount the guests? Two things need to be fix or improve. One is the door for the room 220, there is a big gap on the side of the door, you can see light and hear noise. Secondly, we found weird that there is no changing room at the pool. The rules say you need to take a shower before entering the pool but there is no shower. Maybe this could be added. Thank you."
