- "The bed matress was poor - very lumpy and sagged in the middle. Has seen better days and needs replacing"

- "Entire room was dated and in need of modernising, specified non smoking room however was given a smoking room, and was not made aware that the pool was out of order, only found out when we had got changed and were stood infront of a empty pool!"
