What did you like the most?: "Spotlessly clean, decent room and bathroom, reasonable breakfast for price, nice and helpful staff, free wifi."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Location could have been better. About 10-15 mins walk from centre of town and train station but as expected for price paid."

What did you like the most?: "The parking facilities were excellent and the room was clean and in good condition."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The Breakfast was very disappointing. The Orange juice was tasteless, the coffee machine was not working, so an alternative one was used in the Conference area, however again it didn't taste very good. It would have been good to see more of a selection of fruit as well."

What did you like the most?: "Friendly, helpful staff. Although the room was rather small it was comfortable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We have broad experience of hotels and usually stay in 3 or 4 star hotels which are very good value for money. This hotel has fewer facilities and seemed overpriced considering the limited breakfast and the furnishing in the public areas, which were reminiscent of an airport lounge. I appreciate that it is an Express hotel, but I couldn't help comparing it unfavourably with the lovely Holiday Inn in Stratford-upon-Avon! Very stingy provision of tea and coffee in the room."
