What did you like the most?: "The hotel was really good in general. Comfortable bed, very clean
and quiet."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Stopped by to check in at 11:30am. They took my info and said I was good to go, just needed to come back later when the room would be clean. Came back at 3pm and they didn't have my info anymore. Then we found out it was for $18/day parking. And if it wasn't for the courtesy internet (because of the trouble with checking in), we would have had to pay for that too. Finally, no minibar in the room. We had groceries and had to improvise. Overall, that takes a lot from the pluses, but it is still a good hotel."

What did you like the most?: "Kevin, our conciege, was very helpful in finding us the right restaurant, making our reservations, and getting us VIP treatment there. We also completed a comment card on our server at the hotel breakfast restaurant; she was very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. The DoubleTree is our new "go-to" hotel whenever we look for a great value!"
