What did you like the most?: "The location was perfect for our needs."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "They were unable to find our reservation, I showed them the email confirmation from ebooking, the front desk girl was still unable to locate it with the email...... She then "borrowed" my phone and disappeared into reservations for twenty minutes. Upon returning she assured us everything was taken care of. I paid cash for the night, and the next day called my bank and was informed they had charged my debit card as well. It took two hours to get cleared up, was given the run around waiting on the front office manager who would be in in 30 minutes."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The night staff was not too friendly when I had problem with my room key & getting into my room. Other than that I was very pleased with my stay."

What did you like the most?: "Location, 2 blocks to bourbon st.! We parked the car, and for four days
all we did was walk where we went, did I mention a great location to
everything!"
