Is there anything you didn't like?: "The breakfast wasn't great. Next time I would take my own or buy out."

What did you like the most?: "Well situated for central Birmingham. We were going to a concert at NIA and it was perfectly located. The rooms were spotless and equipped with everything you needed. Staff were very helpful and even the deposit was returned within 24 hours. Very impressed would recommend if you want 5 star comfort at very reasonable cost."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Would like to see earlier check in times"

What did you like the most?: "Suite was excellent. Cleanliness also first class. The best value apartment i have stayed in. Also extremely convenient for the NIA since we went to see Nickelback and only a short walk there and back whilst others were walking, looking for taxis or trying to get out of the car park, we were back in our suite within 10 minutes of leaving the NIA."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We had apartment AC02. This is above the iron gates to the secured car park in the complex. The gate 'clangs' loudly four times each time the gates are opened and closed, so everytime someone comes in or out we were woken up, especially early morning. Put some rubber onto the gates and gate stops, to stop this annoying and constant early morning disturbance! This was the only downpoint of what was an otherwise excellent stay."
