- "The staff was very courteous, competent, and helpful. The breakfasts were good in a pleasant surrounding. There is also a nice swimming pool with a sauna next to it. The rooms are quiet and do not look out on the (not very busy) road. It is also in a good area, with easy access to vineyards and spectacular beaches."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The chateau has a pretense of being a luxury hotel in elegant surroundings. In fact, it's in need of an upgrade: peeling paint, plastic flowers, a lawn that sorely needs attention, except at the entry. Our room was very small, about half the size we were expecting, and was over-priced for the season (mid-Sept.). It has several good features, but the "mi-saison" prices are too high."

- "We really liked the location. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The room was supercomfortable and there was a beautiful view over the wineyards. The pool was also nice for hotter days. A lovely quiet stay if you want to relax and discover the medoc by car. A trip to bordeaux is a 45 minute drive, we would recommend this city, it's wonderfull!"
