What did you like the most?: "I liked the feeling of isolation and this is an appartment with sitting room and separate bathroom allowing us to come and go as we please."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Nothing really. The cleaning agent used did smell a bit but that is being a little pinickity"

What did you like the most?: "The location was very good with regard to the town center shops and places of entertainment. Across the road from a pub with live music and five minutes walk from the town center and a cinema complex. The flat was clean and fairly well furnished. The bed was very comfortable.The 48inch tv and entertainment equipment were excellent. The dishwasher worked well as did the washer/dryer."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The apartment is looking a little tired and in need of a little TLC. The fan in the cooker hood is very loud and the shower rise and fall clip is worn out so that the shower head will not stay up.The lights in the cooker hood and bathroom cabinet do not work. I would describe the apartment as functional rather than luxury. We did not receive an instructional email about access to the apartment so getting in was a problem on arrival although this was sorted by a pleasant young lady after a while.There was rubbish in the lift when we arrived and it was still there when we left although we did see cleaners in the building changing bedding and towels in another apartment.Bags of rubbish were left in the hallway by the lift for several days but these were removed by the cleaners on Thursday. Cheltenham has gone downhill since our last visit, police and ambulance sirens were sounded two or three times every night that we were there."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "There was a bad smell in the apartment, the lift was not working and the shower attachment was broken I.E. the showerhead did not stay at a height to shower under"
