We didn't arrive at the hotel until midnight and Sonia came in especially to meet us and show us to our room. She was extremely helpful throughout out stay and if we needed any help or information she would tell us all we needed to know. Even before arrival Sonia was emailing us details so we would have as much information prior to our visit to Sorrento.
I would recommend the hotel it was comfortable, clean and a friendly place to stay."

- "The shower room is so small and has no door, and it often floods. The hot water sometimes terminates during shower time. The air conditioner ever shut down at midnight. It is very noisy at night."
