What did you like the most?: "was a pleasant. clean place to stay with friendly helpful staff, though upstairs was a bit tired and bathroom had slight drain smell"

What did you like the most?: "Room was comfortable"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "In general the hotel was fine, but dont arrive to early i had to walk around in the rain for hour due to early arrival. If you go here make sure you have a car or you will be as bored as i was, taxi cost from New Street (which hotel informed me was closest station) £6.80 so a return to the shopping centre would of been double!!! Nothing in the area a matalan opposite, a grocery shop, kebab shop 15 mins walk away thats it."
