- "Location. Breakfast was good."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "There was no lift and we were on the top floor. We had 4 flights of stairs with heavy luggage and no help from the front desk.The stairway was also extremely narrow. There were also quite a few stairs to navigate up to the front door. Parking was an issue. We had paid for a parking pass, it is on the street but as you can get it. To unload we had to pull onto the sidewalk. We had an SUV so this was not a problem."

- "The room was very small. Mini ironingboard provided on request - not great for ironing shirts. A larger ironing board would be good but very little room for use - small room."

- "Price didn't include breakfast because it was booked via this website; then £8.50 breakfast could not be described as good quality; no free parking, £7.00 per night street parking; sound-proof could be improved for a £95 per night room; personally, I wish the staff could be warmer, rather than giving just a few factory-made hotel routine instructions."
