- "The staff were very professional and helpful, they gave me a map and directions to walk to the main shopping area (offering to call a taxi first)"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel requires a huge overhaul, it is very tired inside and dated. The bar food was tasteless and overpriced. Also it is surrounded by very busy roads and my room was incredibly noisy with road traffic (much more modern double glazing required) resulting in 2 very disrupted nights sleep unfortunately. It is also a long walk to the main shopping area including the Bullring."

the door was great listened to what was being said and helped with maps
