- "excellent location, room was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some work being done at the hotel, but that was OK."

- "the bed was amazingly comfy and the staff very friendly"

- "the lifts were a bit scary and there was signs of building work but we expected that as it had previously been mentioned when we booked, overall we got this room at the last minute and paid an exceptionally lower price, so definatley got our moneys worth! have recommended to all my friends and would def stay there again"

- "The staff were amazing. I felt that nothing would have been too much trouble, no matter how trivial the request. The location was superb. Will most certainly be staying there again!"

- "It was a little run down and seedy in some parts, but this was understandable, giving that they are going through a process of renovation!"
