- "Good location near the airport if you need to go there in a short time. Building a bit old but well kept and decorated. Also quiet and nice view from windows. Internet service was excellent."

- "Small lift and limited items for breakfast, but acceptable. For the rest was all quite ok."

- "I liked the hotel, the room and the staff. I liked the bar area. The restaurant was good."

- "The staff did not bring me upstairs to my room or at least clue me in on the use of the air conditioning or open the shutters before my arrival. The sink faucet spouted out brown water for the first 5 minutes. The bathroom sink was not entirely clean. The telephone did not work unless I kept the wire pushed in and I could not receive the phone call of the arrival of my taxi the next morning: no one came up to advise me of it either thus I had to pay more. I had to take a taxi to the airport because, although when I had phoned a day earlier the receptionist told me there was a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, the day I arrived, they told me the shuttle was 'broken'. The restaurant was good, although the service was very slow and strange in that I had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged - not even a menu or water or bread was given - and when I asked , I was told by the manager that I had to 'wait, that there customers ahead of me'. Not very customer friendly, I would say."
