"We booked a sea view room, but they told us the sea view rooms were full when we arrived, and changed us to street view room without informing us before."

"Nothing. At first it was friendly, the lady was very polite.
It seemed there was a mistake when booking as I wanted a room for two so I selected double bedroom. It was unclear to me that the room occupancy requirements were for 1 person only, as I was clearly looking at a double room and had selected in the booking.com search engine "1 room, 2 people". I do not expect that if I selected 2 people a room that's available for only one person will appear.
So, the next morning me an my girlfriend went downstairs for our breakfast, and before we even seated the man who runs the hotel said "there should only be one of you"... This is not friendly customer service at all. He don't seem to care or even think that it was just a mistake.
So after a conversation with booking.com i paid the 75pounds (instead of the 40pounds I was expecting to pay) and left very angry and my girlfriend upset.
To say it spoilt our holiday would be wrong, because we went on and decided these fuck ups arent worth our time.

"The owners and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.The food as always was excellent and huge portions so anyone with a big appetite will be very happy.The location could not be any better either."
