What did you like the most?: "Very good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful but seemed a little overworked, possibly because they had a large party staying there."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Not very easy to find, even though it is on the main road! It needs a more prominent sign in front of the hotel. The hotel is part of the "Grand UK Hotels" chain, but it is not quite as "grand" as one is led to believe from the information on the Booking.com website. The hotel really needs to be refurbished. The failry spacious gardens also need some attention - they didn't look like the photos on the Booking.com website."

What did you like the most?: "Good value for money. Good staff. Clean and comfortable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Bad location. The shower spray was not positioned up high, which is very convenient. Except that, the whole experience was good."

What did you like the most?: "The ship-related decor is interesting, and there is free parking. Lots of nice hot water in the bathroom."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "It definitely needs refurbishing. Adequate, but on the seedy side. My room had a very strong smell of mould, probably from the carpet. Maybe inevitable in a seaside hotel, but still unpleasant."
