What did you like the most?: "Lovely location, peaceful, beautiful and ideally located for visiting Bath and Bristol.
Outdoor pool was lovely.
Staff were all very friendly.
Lounge in hotel was lovely."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Service at breakfast was erratic - eg we had to wait quite a long time for tea and coffee and for cooked breakfast to arrive. On the Sunday the hot buffet was not kept well stocked. On the Tuesday morning we had to wait to be allocated a seat, and when I ordered kippers the waitress forgot who had ordered them so another waitress came into the dining room calling out 'kippers, who ordered kippers?'."
