- "For $140 a night, there should be a bathroom in the room. I didn't see anywhere on the website indicating that there was no bathroom attached."

- "Location - Ballard is a fantastic little neighborhood."

- "Wasn't clear when booking that the bathrooms were common/shared and not ensuites. Because of this, I thought the price was very steep. We could have stayed at the bigger hotel chains for less. Also - the rooms were small."

- "They are not completely honest about what you get. There is no parking, you have to search for a parkinf spot on the street and there is only 2 hour parking there after which you have to go out and move your car. Good luck in finding one. This is a very busy area. It's extremely noisy till about 2 o'clock at night then about 4:30 or 5 am the delivery tucks start rolling in along with the garbage trucks. We had to have our windows open as it was very warm and there is no air conditioning we only had a small fan,which we had to propped up in the open window and hoped it would not fall out. They also don;t tell you we had to share a washroom with other guests. We payed for a queen size bed which we did not get.We were there 3 nights,and the last 2 nights we went to get some sleeping pills so we could get some sleep. This place would have been nice if they were honest about what you were getting. There is no place to hang your clothes only a dresser drawer. No hair dryer as was advertised.Gym was across the the street and it started up at 5am."
