The apartments are bright and modern and can have one or 2 bedrooms. All have a spacious living room with kitchenette and balcony or terrace where you can admire the beautiful view and watch the sunset. The apartments are cleaned 5 times a week. Towels are changed 3 times a week and bed linen once a week. This traditional apartment overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and volcanic landscape. It is ideal for a vacation on the beautiful island of Lanzarote. The Balcon del Mar has 2 outdoor pools and a bar located next to the pools, where you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail. Just 1 km you will find the famous sandy beaches of the island, perfect for sunbathing. The hotel is situated on a hill in the old part of Puerto del Carmen, a 10 minute walk from the harbor, shops, bars and restaurants of the town. For the purposes of housing, property considers children to be aged 12 or less. Please note that the reception is closed from 04:00 to 09:00.
