In the heart of the touristic area of Puerto del Carmen, the accomodation is at just few meters from Playa Grande, one of the most beautiful of the island.

From there, you can walk in the Puerto del Carmen promenade and visit its excellent shops, bars and restaurants.
Go to the Arrecife, capital of Lanzarote, which is located at just 15 minutes.

Blue Square is a tourist complex of 64 apartments is located in the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen, 12 km from the capital Arrecife, 6 km from the airport. Less than 400 meters from our complex is traditionally known as the Playa "La Grande", is considered one of the best beaches on the island. With several kilometers long runs through much of the coastline of Puerto del Carmen (in the municipality of Tias) the first resort of the island and one of the queens of tourism in Spain. Its huge size, its large amount of sand, perfect location and the complete absence of stone make it a highly recommended beach for a family getaway. Contrary to what occurs with other beaches on the island, Playa "La Fariones Grande" offers a variety of services. Public restroom, showers, first aid, hire of sun beds and umbrellas, boat rental, leisure, etc.

Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.
