What did you like the most?: "Stayed at the Bailbrook Lodge from 11 - 16 September. Stayed in four
poster room The Famille Rose Suite. Had originally booked a twin room
but due to a double booking was upgraded free of charge to the larger
room (my thanks to the management for this).
Bailbrook Lodge is an impressive building set in lovely grounds. All the staff were very helpful/pleasant. Famille Rose Suite bedroom was extremely spacious and tastefully decorated. Bedding was crisp and clean and bathroom towels, white and fluffy. Good supply of bathroom toiletries - shower gel / shampoo / body lotion etc available. There was tea/coffee/chocolate and mineral water in the room, replenished each day. Breakfast was very good - a wide selection and well prepared."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Shower-room/wet-room far too small and as a result the floor of the entire room kept flooding which meant you couldn?t keep clothes in there. It had a very large shower head, a much smaller one might rectify problem. Wash-basin was in the bedroom. Toilet (rather oddly) faced the bathroom radiator and was so close to it that ones knees almost touched it. A much taller person would have found this a real problem. Although in general the room was clean, there was an issue with a heavy ?build- up? dust in both the bedroom and shower-room. Bathroom towels were not changed over the duration of stay."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was not clean properly.My room had 3 hair dryers (2 of them did not work).The rooms need updating and some care. Shame as the place have a great potential."
