- "I didn't like the shower as when you turn it on/off it also changed the temperature, which was extremely bad as i scolded myself due to the heat turning up as I turned the shower off!!"

- "Comfortable, nice eating area's, friendly helpfull staff."

- "The address on the confirmation is not complete, should include Aston Street, the area covered by the University in this location is large, so once you have turned off the a38 its a bit of a lottery to find the entrance, took us 20 mins altogether in the end we were guided in over the phone, the post code also covers a large area, ( many buildings)"
