- "The clerk that checked us in was very friendly and helpful."

- "Next door neighbor woke me up talking so loud I could hear about every word that was said. I could not go back to sleep they were so loud. I finally called the desk clerk and he said he could not call that room because the talking might not be coming from that room. I felt he should have resolved the problem."

- "The only negative experience was when we first checked in. Since we had 2 rooms, there was some confusion as to who was to pay. The manager claimed that he asked if we were paying for the rooms as one, but we didn't hear it. He rang up both rooms separately, grumbled that we hadn't told him to put it on one bill and stated how we were costing him money. In the morning however, he was very pleasant and wished us a good trip."
