- "A quiet , relaxing place to be! We had a lovely room and enjoyed the hearty breakfasts. There's lots to see and do in the area including lovely beaches and seaside resorts, beautiful coastal walks, National Trust and other places of interest and if its pouring with rain decent shopping centres within a short distance."

- "Next to a busy road, so a bit noisy if you want absolute peace and quiet, but did not detract from a lovely stay."

- "The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. We didn't realise it was classed as a b&b rather than a hotel. Only breakfast was served at the restaurant.
We booked a suite for more room, and had two flights of stairs to get up to the room. Not really the best idea for a disabled person, which should be noted on the website. The road running alongside the manor was very busy, and traffic noise could be heard from early in the morning. But that was only minor. There was no noise from other rooms, other than the odd door shutting. The quality was perhaps more 3* than 4*." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I was expecting better decor for a 4* "hotel" ,which it was not as it was a bed and breakfast. I was happy with the breakfast served, but my husband thought the sausages were cheap."
