- "We enjoyed our stay at the Wisp very much and would stay there again, as well as recommend it to others. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was equipped with hair dryer, coffee maker, and microwave. Staff was very friendly.
One thing I would like to see changed - air conditioner/heater was pretty noisy and ran quite a bit of the time. It is located in a beautiful area.
Food at the restaurant was DELICIOUS, servers were very friendly and accommodating." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Some areas, particularly close to the conference room (by the bar and restaurant) need new carpet, as some we saw were pretty woren and soiled. Would like to see an ice maker on all floors."

- "The golf course and mountain views."

- "Lack of amenities and comfortable accommodations in the rooms.The hotel is showing it's age, it looks beaten up and rough around the edges. I had a 2 bedroom suite, the kitchenette had no plates, dishes or silverware, despite having a kitchen table. Sleeping was rough, the Murphy beds mattress are hard, and were just awful to sleep on. Wireless access was very limited, despite the wonderful views, there was no place to work outside of the hotel with a strong signal/connection. The business center was very spartan on resources, no printer. And the hotel front desk were charging for each page of print outs, that you had to ask for from the front desk staff. When I was there the printer at the front desk, was not working properly."
