What did you like the most?: "Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Internet wireless service did not work well. The service initially came up, was intermittent and then unavailable. You shouldn't advertise free internet service that doesn't work. The desk clerk said that my taxes would be refunded to compensate but I haven't seen anything yet. Also, many of the TV channels were unavailable."
