- "there is no air conditioning in the rooms, it was bad when London was warm. breakfast takes lots of time as there is no buffet, lots of time waiting for the food to be prepared. we had to carry the bags at some steps that are not accessed by lift at level 3."

- "Staff was all friendly however Sylvia was extremely hospitable and accommodating. I would go back and recomend it just because of her. We got sandwiches for our room for 3 nights because we were gone all day and exhausted when we returned. The cook on the last night Wednesday 8/1 was awfull maybe a half of a slice of ham on each sandwich. The other nights they were full of ham and excellent."
